Please join Carrie in this one hour journey of Yoga Nidra & Reiki. In Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) you will be guided to the state of consciousness between awake and asleep. Then enjoy the healing effects of Reiki life force energy being channeled through the practitioner to you. Reiki energy flows through the chakras, meridians, nadis and the aura. This can aid in the body's ability to heal itself. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and restored.
What to expect?
This is a meditation class.
You will be in Savasana the entire class, so wear comfy clothing and find a nice place to lie down.
It is common to get cold during the practice, so have a blanket handy.
