What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that helps bring harmony and balance to the chakras. Usui Reiki was discovered by Dr Mikao Usui in 1922. Reiki (ray-key) is commonly used as an alternative healing modality that uses spiritually guided life force energy. 

Usui Reiki comes from a lineage of teachers. It has been passed on by teacher to student in an attunement process for almost 100 years. Reiki has it's own intelligence. Reiki can do no harm and becomes activated when invited and is guided by spiritual consciousness.
