The journey will begin August 13th, 2023.

We will meet on zoom once a week for 4 weeks. If you are unable to attend the live call the replay will be available. Each meeting will be 90 mins with a follow-up Q & A of about 15 mins.

- Journal & pen

- Dedicated time for a daily self practice
